Added Poker Run Directions - June 18th!

2017 Show & Shine Dates !

Last year's two day event was so much fun, we decided to do it again!  Starting at 12 noon on Saturday, June 24th is the BLCC Poker Run, followed by a Dinner Cruise out to Takysie Lake Resort - catch the 3:45 pm ferry.

On Sunday, roll into the beautiful Spirit Square at 10 am, and show off your classic until 2 pm.  After two, we'll take a run out to private venue for a participants' barbecue.

Looking for to seeing all of our friends, old and new!

2016 Plans are in the works!!

First of all, let me send a huge Thank You to everyone who attended the BLCC meeting on October 29, 2015.  The encouragement and enthusiasm shown at this meeting was great to see!

The biggest thanks of all goes to Kelsey and Dieca who have stepped up to take over the Show & Shine for 2016.

Kudos also to our behind-the-scenes "worker bee", Dawn Stronstad, who has already been working on our 2016 event insurance.  And to Cliff, John, Trent and Rich who have all offered to help with parking and at the show.

2016 is looking like it will be a SUPER exciting year - stay tuned to the website for more updates!  And you are welcome to check us out on Crackbook (er, Facebook), if you are on it.

Classic Car Enthusiasts of the Lakes District!

Not really a club, but a group of classic car enthusiasts, is how organizer Randy Rensby describes the people who put on the Burns Lake Show & Shine every year.  "We're just a bunch of car guys who wanted a local event," he explains.  Read more on the "About Us" page and "History in the Making" page...
